ABOUT POPAYAN

Popayan is a Colombian city located in the Valley of Pubenza, between the West and Central Cordilleras to the southwest of the country. It is the capital of the department of Cauca with about 300,000 inhabitants. Its land area is 512 km², and average temperature of 18/20 ° C.
